Sales Coordinator - CCTV & Access Control Systems

We are a security solutions provider specializing in CCTV, access control and time attendance systems across the UAE. We're looking for a proactive

Sales Coordinator

to join our team and help drive lead generation, manage client inquiries, and support the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities



Handle incoming sales inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails, website forms) and qualify leads Coordinate with the sales and technical team to schedule site visits and demos Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with prospects Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and generate sales reports Respond to basic technical queries with product knowledge training provided Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for product availability and delivery timelines

Requirements



2+ years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales (preferably in security systems) Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Familiarity with CCTV, access control, or low-voltage security systems Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure UAE driving license (preferred)
