The Sales Coordinator for Luxury Car Care Services is the primary point of contact for clients seeking premium detailing, protection, and cosmetic services for their high-end American, German, and Japanese vehicles. This role is crucial for maximizing car care revenue by expertly consulting with customers, accurately assessing their needs, professionally upselling specialized services (like ceramic coating and PPF), and ensuring seamless coordination between the client and the technical operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Consultation & Sales
In-Depth Consultation:
Greet and consult luxury vehicle owners, understanding their expectations for car appearance, reconditioning, and protection.
Service Recommendation:
Expertly recommend and sell the full suite of car care services, including interior/exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, Paint Protection Film (PPF), and window tinting.
Luxury Upselling:
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell high-margin, specialized services suitable for luxury, sports, and classic vehicles, clearly explaining the value proposition.
Quotation & Documentation:
Prepare and present detailed, professional quotations and sales proposals promptly. Accurately document all service requests, vehicle condition notes, and client approvals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales targets for car care services.
Coordination & Workflow Management
Internal Liaison:
Act as the critical link between the customer and the technical Car Care Operations team.
Job Card Creation:
Generate precise work orders (Job Cards) detailing every service and product sold, ensuring clarity for the technical team.
Scheduling:
Coordinate service appointments and manage the daily workflow schedule in collaboration with the Operations Manager to optimize workshop utilization and minimize vehicle downtime.
Progress Updates:
Maintain continuous communication with the customer, providing timely and professional updates on service progress and unexpected delays.
Vehicle Handover:
Conduct the final, professional handover of the completed vehicle, reviewing all services performed and explaining post-service care instructions.
Client Relationship Management
Brand Representation:
Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's luxury standards and delivering a world-class customer experience reflective of the high-end vehicle brands serviced.
Follow-up:
Implement and manage a systematic follow-up process for all car care clients to solicit feedback, ensure satisfaction, and promote repeat business (e.g., maintenance packages).
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales pipeline, and activity logs within the company's CRM .
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the automotive, luxury goods, or high-end service sector in the UAE. Experience with car care/detailing services is highly advantageous.
Product Knowledge:
Strong interest in and basic technical knowledge of car detailing, paint types, surface protection products (coatings/PPF), and vehicle aesthetics.
Communication:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in both
English and Arabic
is highly preferred to engage with the local client in UAE.
Skills:
Proficient with MS Office Suite and experience using CRM software.
Luxury Focus:
Demonstrated professionalism and an understanding of the service standards expected by owners of luxury vehicles (e.g., Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus, etc.).
UAE Requirement:
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
