About the Role
Our client a leading Certification body is seeking a dynamic, well-spoken, and innovative Sales Executive / Coordinator with strong connections in the UAE market to join their Business Assurance team focusing on ISO Certifications, Food Certifications, and Sustainability.
.Key Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team and managers to coordinate activities that drive revenue growth and win key accounts.
• Client Engagement: Support in building and nurturing client relationships through professional communication, presentations, and solution-based selling.
• Proposals & Documentation: Prepare winning sales proposals, presentations, and technical documents to support successful audits and certifications.
• Liaison with Technical Team: Ensure all sales documents, including CIFAs, are prepared in the right format for technical team approvals.
• Lead Generation: Conduct target-based cold calling and networking to generate leads for new certification and training schemes.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities in ISO standards, sustainability solutions, and training programs.
• Continuous Learning: Show willingness to learn and adapt to new certification and training schemes, staying ahead of industry trends.

Other Requirements:

• Strong sales acumen with proven coordination or executive-level sales experience.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (English essential; Arabic a plus).
• Existing network and connections in the UAE market (B2B, government, or corporate).
• Knowledge/experience in ISO certifications, auditing, or sustainability services preferred.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with target-based activities.
• Team player who can effectively coordinate between sales and technical functions.
