Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Sales Coordinator

to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a trading or distribution environment, preferably in

building materials

, and must be highly proficient in

MS Excel

--including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis. The role requires coordination between sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and follow-ups. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards using Excel. Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and track order status. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database. Reconcile sales data with accounts and inventory teams as required. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales performance summaries. Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2+ years of experience

in a sales coordination or admin role; experience in

building materials

industry is a plus. Strong command of

Microsoft Excel

: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, SUMIFS, data sorting, and filtering. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is preferred. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in trading or distribution companies. Basic knowledge of building materials (steel, cement, tiles, electical items, plywood etc.). Data-driven mindset with attention to detail. Team player with a proactive attitude.
