This position will be responsible for a broad range of functions, including, but not limited to:
Process, coordinate, and track retail orders & documentation.
Monitor and track retail enquiries and sales pipeline.
Support retail sales team and coordinate retail order pricing, deliveries, and logistics.
Manage inter-departmental coordination for retails.
Ensure prompt communication with customers and resolve queries on timely basis.
Assist with market research and opportunity identification.
Assist with retail marketing initiatives, requirements, and strategy implementation.
Organize, attend, minute and follow-up team meetings.
Maintain and update CRM as required.
Generate reports & forecasts.
