To coordinate and manage all sales and tender-related activities through the
ADNOC Ariba portal
, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage RFQs, tenders, and enquiries via the
ADNOC Ariba portal (mandatory)
.
Download and review RFQs, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
Upload technical and commercial bids within specified deadlines.
Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and addendums.
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with Sales Engineers and suppliers.
Liaise with OEMs and vendors to obtain pricing, datasheets, and certifications.
Process LPOs, create Sales Orders, and support order documentation.
Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams for smooth execution.
Maintain accurate tender, quotation, and submission records.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in sales coordination or tendering.
Hands-on experience with ADNOC Ariba is mandatory.
Experience with SAP SRM, Etimad, or other government portals is an advantage.
Oil & Gas or industrial trading experience preferred.
