Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Sales Activities:
Support the sales team with schedules, client follow-ups, and internal coordination.
Prepare Quotations & Proposals:
Draft, format, and track quotations, contracts, and tenders.
Maintain Client Records:
Keep CRM systems updated and leads nurtured and organized.Ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and accounts for smooth deliveries and invoicing.Oversee order flow from placement to delivery, tackling any hurdles with grace.Respond swiftly and warmly to client inquiries, reflecting our commitment to service.Assist in compiling reports, sales forecasts, and fresh market insights.Help organize tastings, sales promotions, and local F&B events.

2-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator (or similar) within the
Food & Beverage industry

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's dynamic F&B scene is a big plus.
Strong command of English (Arabic is advantageous).
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
Organized, attentive, and calm under deadlines.
UAE driving license is an added advantage.
