Role \xe2\x80\x93 Sales Coordinator MEP Division Industry - Industrial Machinery Manufacturing No. of Vacancies: Dubai \xe2\x80\x93 02 JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose: Responsible for general sales coordination from receipt of inquiry to submission of the commercial offer and technical submittals. Principal Accountabilities: Quotations
- Preparing quotations as instructed by the sales engineers.
- Preparing reports for the management based on the quotes.
- Maintains filing of all quotations and related documents.
- Maintains a database of all the quotations in the system
- Assisting the sales engineers, providing all the details for the items quoted
- Dealing with the customers if the sales engineers are not available.
- Dealing with telephonic inquiries Technical Submittals
- Preparing technical submittals as per the project/client requirements
- Selection of valves as per the details provided by the clients.
- Arranging sample boards for the clients as per the submittals
- Replying to the consultant\xe2\x80\x99s comments after checking with the manager
- Maintains an up-to-date database and the status of all the submittals in the system.
- Preparing reports for the management based on the submittals Minimum Requirement [Knowledge Skill and Experience]
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- With 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar capacity
- With Mechanical/Technical know-how on piping, and plumbing products.
- Fluent in the English Language (read, write, speak)
- Adept knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (word, excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
