Job Description
Hiring for a Sales Coordinator for a trading (appliances) company based in Al Nahda, Dubai, UAE: Salary AED 3500 - 4000 + medical insurance + ticket to home country
- Prepare documents for Quotations, Orders & Shipment
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
- Processing customers\' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products
- Monitor and organize inventory of the products
- Coordinate between customers, suppliers, our warehouse & forwarders and ensure smooth order execution
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Female, can join immediately
- Graduate in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLookUp and Pivot tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- A team playerwith high level of dedication
- Well organized and be strongly skilled, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Sales coordination: 1 year (Required)
- Excel spreadsheets: 2 years (Required)
- VLookUp/ Pivot Tables: 2 years (Required)
