Hiring for a Sales Coordinator for a trading (appliances) company based in Al Nahda, Dubai, UAE: Salary AED 3500 - 4000 + medical insurance + ticket to home country
Prepare documents for Quotations, Orders & Shipment
Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications
Processing customers\' purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products
Monitor and organize inventory of the products
Coordinate between customers, suppliers, our warehouse & forwarders and ensure smooth order execution
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Requirements and skills
Female, can join immediately
Graduate in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLookUp and Pivot tables
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
A team playerwith high level of dedication
Well organized and be strongly skilled, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
