We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our textile and digital fabric printing business. You will be responsible for:
Handling Inbound Sales Inquiries
: Respond to phone and WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism and clarity to convert leads into customers.
Social Media Management
: Develop and post daily content across our social media platforms, including writing creative captions, with the aim of boosting brand awareness and driving engagement.
Ideal candidate will have

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic
Previous experience in sales, social media management, or customer service is preferred
A creative mindset for crafting engaging content
