Job Requirments
FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Prepare and send quotations to customers.
Place confirmed orders with our partner suppliers and keep a track of the order until it is dispatched.
Follow up the shipping of the order with our shipper to make sure on time delivery.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist customers with order placement, cancellations and tracking.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer service database.
Work closely with other sales departments to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Suggest and implement improvements in customer service processes.
Requirements:
Candidate must be based in Dubai with 3 years experience in UAE.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of quotation and invoicing processes.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills when dealing with suppliers and customers.
Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
