We are seeking a

Sales Coordinator

(female) to manage and oversee the smooth execution of sales activities, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support sales activities between sales teams and customers. Process orders, handle inquiries, and track shipments. Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and assist in forecasting. Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy in CRM software. Liaise with customers to provide information on product availability, delivery schedules, and any service-related queries. Collaborate with the marketing and logistics departments to ensure a seamless sales process. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Organize and attend sales meetings, ensuring all materials and information are prepared. Handle administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and maintaining organized sales reports.

Requirements:



Gender:

Female Proven experience in a sales coordination role or similar administrative position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in [industry relevant to your business] is a plus.
