Job Summary
Sales Coordinator to continue to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales team, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationship. The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, motivating staffs, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and follow the customer sales orders
Coordinate the customer demo plan with the sales team and technical team
Monitor the weekly budget gaps and report it to the BS HD
Monitor the stock level and report any potential shortage
Collect and follow the sales FC from the sales team
Collect and follow the sales FC from the sales team
Collect the market data from the sales team and report it to the management
Highlight any short delivery
Report all customer complains
Coordinate the Biweekly/ Monthly sales meeting and wrap the MOM
Follow-up on weekly meetings actions with sales team and report the progress and needed support
KPIs
Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired within a given period.
Customer Satisfaction: Feedback scores and retention rates.
Sales Pipeline: Monitoring the progress of deals through the sales pipeline.
Sales Efficiency: Ratio of sales generated to resources expended.
Productivity: Number of client interactions and sales activities completed per week.
Forecast Accuracy: Discrepancy between forecasted sales and actual sales.
Work experience requirement
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in similiar role preferably in FMCG industry.
Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or similiar field.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
