We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in the outdoor advertising sector. This is an indoor-based role focused on coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising campaigns involving billboards, hoardings, and lamp post media.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, and media plans
Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure timely campaign execution
Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and inventory of media assets
Handle incoming client inquiries and follow up on leads
Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking team performance
Support in documentation, contract preparation, and payment follow-ups
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales coordination or admin role, preferably in media or advertising
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
