Generate and qualify new sales leads through research, calls, emails, and follow-ups
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations
Track and manage sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and client communications
Assist in preparing contracts and sales documentation
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Work closely with marketing to align on lead generation efforts
Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management
Coordinate across departments (logistics, finance, etc.) to fulfill customer needs
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., ZOHO CRM)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Preference will be given to candidates holding a spouse visa in Abu Dhabi.
