Job Title: Sales Coordinator Position Summary: The Sales Coordinator supports the Sales and Marketing team in all aspects of sales, including responding to inquiries, managing client relationships, and coordinating the execution of sales activities. This role is key in helping the sales team achieve revenue goals and ensuring client satisfaction from the initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in daily administrative duties such as preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence. Handle incoming group and event inquiries and communicate professionally with prospective clients. Maintain and update client databases. Coordinate site inspections, client meetings, and familiarization trips. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare sales reports, tracking revenue, leads, and performance metrics. Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, trade shows, and special events. Follow up on past leads and conduct outbound calls/emails to generate new business opportunities. Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and professionally.
