M&S Manager

1.4. Key Working Relationship:

Sales Team, BDs, M&S Manager, Operations Team


2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Data Management

2.2. Education Degree:

Bachelor Degree

2.4. Technical knowledge:

Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services

2.5. Experience Minimum 02 Year Experience


3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

3.1. Primary Functions

? Support in Preparing technical and commercial proposals.

? Coordinate the tasks among the sales team

? Keep close coordination with the team to update the proposal log and SharePoint

? Update the company PQQ files in coordination with M&S Manager

? Update the client registration platforms

? Attend meetings with client.

? Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times

? Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics

? Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1.


3.2. AUTHORITIES

As per Bureau Veritas polices


3.3. Technical Expertise

? Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic

? High skills in power point and excel

? Ability to generate infographic reports

? Basic understanding of construction activities

3.4. Business Requirements Communication Skills / Business Acumen / Write-up skills / report writing skills


3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities

? Implementing BV safety programs within the team

? Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE

? Policies, procedures and practices.

? Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard

immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative

? Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in

devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.

? Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating

Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition

? Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you

do (or do not do).

? Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything

provided for your health, safety or welfare.
