We are looking for a proactive and polished Sales & Content Executive to help grow our client base across holiday homes and property care services. This role involves following up on leads, preparing proposals, explaining service models to potential clients, and creating simple online content to support lead generation and brand awareness.
You will be responsible for driving conversion and supporting our marketing efforts with a focus on clear, compelling communication.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up on incoming leads via WhatsApp, email, and social media
Prepare and send proposals, presentations, and service model breakdowns
Explain our service offerings clearly and confidently to prospective clients
Create basic content for Instagram and LinkedIn: client case studies, service highlights, carousel posts, etc. (Canva or similar)
Coordinate meetings, walkthroughs, and onboarding of new clients
Maintain lead tracker and follow-up schedule to drive conversions
Share insights and help refine our offerings and messaging based on client feedback
Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client services
Experience with Canva or similar tools for creating visual content
Confident, well-spoken, and professional in client communication
Organised and independent - can manage own leads and follow-ups
Strong written English, able to prepare polished proposals and captions
Background in hospitality, real estate, or service-based industries preferred
UAE driving license is a plus

Monthly salary: AED 5,000-6,000
Commission based on agreed sales targets
