We are seeking a qualified Sales Consultants with 1 - 2 years experience in providing clients with assistance throughout the buying and selling process of properties. Their duties include providing sales management services, performing market analysis and helping clients find the best properties to invest in.
Key Responsibilities:
A Real Estate Sales Consultant collaborates with developers and Attorneys to negotiate the best deals for the clients and to facilitate the process of buying a property. Their day-to-day duties and responsibilities include:
Contacting potential clients to offer them property consultancy services.
Preparing and presenting business proposals to convince clients to sign a consulting deal.
Assessing a client's property needs.
Conducting market research to identify areas with increasing profitability and encouraging clients to invest.
Analyzing trends in housing data and identifying possible properties for clients.
Writing reports for clients with factual conclusions.
Showing commercial and residential properties to prospective buyers and advising the client on the value and suitability of the properties.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase the value of the client's properties.
Requirements:
- Available to join immediately.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of property markets, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with UAE's real estate laws and regulations is an advantage.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate properties for clients.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Patience and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use a variety of software used in real estate
