Overview of the role:
We are looking for a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for our HINO Trucks Division to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and delivering complete solutions to meet their requirements. Your goal will be to contribute to our revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in a highly competitive market
What you will do:

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual truck sales targets.
  • Maximize profitability through careful negotiation and strategic use of discounts.
  • Contact potential and existing customers in the assigned territory to present product offerings.
  • Conduct regular field visits to understand customer business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Match customer requirements with available HINO truck models and services.
  • Demonstrate truck features and benefits, including warranties and service packages.
  • Process sales orders, secure customer deposits, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through follow-ups and excellent service.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, refresher courses, and product training.
  • Complete all necessary reporting for sales management.
  • Ensure overdue payments do not exceed agreed limits.
