Nurture prospects from first contact to closing, managing the full sales cycle.
Sell
software development, web/app solutions, and digital marketing services
(SEO, PPC, social, branding, etc.).
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in
Ireland and the UK
, while actively developing new business in the
UAE
and wider EMEA region.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on KPIs, forecasts, and targets.
Collaborate with the delivery and marketing teams to shape proposals, pitches, and sales materials.
Requirements
Proven experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
software, IT services, or digital marketing
.
Strong track record of
lead generation and closing deals
against monthly/quarterly targets.
Comfortable selling to SMEs and mid-market clients across different geographies/time zones.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English).
Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and stay accountable to KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Experience working with clients in
Ireland/UK/UAE/EMEA
is an advantage.
