Purpose of the Position

The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling the company's professional services, working closely with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Reporting to the Line Manager, the Sales Consultant plays a critical role in achieving revenue targets and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Advising & Sales:

Advise clients on the full range of services offered, including processes, requirements, and fees. Close deals and negotiate prices, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally. Prepare and send quotes and proposals to potential clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and external partners.

3. Revenue Maximization

Identify and create upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

4. Sales Process Management:

Manage the sales process through the CRM system, ensuring smooth service delivery and accurate record-keeping. Monitor and update CRM data to reflect current sales activities and client interactions.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Follow up with clients post-sale to confirm satisfaction and identify any additional needs.

Qualifications:

Must be fluent in Russian and English.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales or customer service role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
