Role Overview
We're looking for
experienced and motivated Property Consultants
to join our
Off-Plan Sales Division
. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in real estate or sales who are passionate about investment properties and closing high-value deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to investors and end-users
Generate leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and campaigns
Conduct client consultations to understand investment objectives
Present suitable projects, highlighting payment plans, ROI, location, and floor plans
Stay updated on new launches, market trends, and legal regulations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Represent the company at property exhibitions, developer events, and briefings
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate or direct sales (off-plan preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and client servicing skills
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, especially off-plan developments
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Must be in Dubai or willing to relocate prior to joining
