Overview of the role:
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction? We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and take the lead in achieving and surpassing sales targets for AFM Commercial Vehicles, specifically Hino and TMH models. This role is a unique opportunity to excel in the world of commercial vehicle sales while elevating the customer service experience to new heights.

What you will do:
  • Customer Database Management: Proactively maintain an up-to-date customer profile database, ensuring all pertinent information is readily available for analysis and targeted campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Conduct regular customer visits to assess their evolving business requirements, fostering strong relationships to consistently achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Strive to not only meet but exceed both monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing branch profitability, with a focus on net sales and gross margin earnings. Utilize discounts strategically to facilitate successful deal closures.
  • Data Reporting: Timely submission of comprehensive AFCC / T-basis data at specified intervals, contributing to informed decision-making and tracking performance metrics.
  • Customer Expectation Management: Consistently meet or surpass established standards to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, measured through metrics such as CSV scores and adherence to AFM Standards.
  • Continuous Training and Development: Attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, including refresher courses that introduce new products. Communicate the need for additional training to the Sales Manager or Branch Manager when required.
  • Competitor Awareness: Stay informed about competitor activities and their products, providing valuable data to support strategic planning by management.
  • Document Management: Accurately document and maintain all records in the deal file as per the standard operating procedures (SOP), ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Overdue Account Management: Monitor and control monthly overdue accounts to ensure they do not exceed mutually agreed-upon targets, maintaining financial stability and compliance.


Required skills to be successful:
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally in the Material Handling Equipment or Commercial Vehicle Industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic market environment.
  • A passion for customer satisfaction and relationship building.


About the team:
Working in a fast-paced and diverse environment, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

What equips you for the role:
  • Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology
  • High School Diploma is a must; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree desired
  • UAE Driving license
  • Previous sales experience in Material Handling Equipment
