Overview of the role:
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for our HINO Trucks Division. In this role, you will actively seek out and engage prospective customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and maximize profitability while delivering exceptional service.
What you will do:
- Achieve or exceed monthly/annual sales targets while maximizing business profitability.
- Identify and contact prospective customers within assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- Match customer needs to appropriate truck models and demonstrate features, capabilities, and warranties.
- Facilitate test drives, prepare sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork according to company policies.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and refresher courses; communicate training needs to management.
- Provide accurate sales reports and ensure overdue accounts remain within target limits.
