The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Sales and Communications Analyst
to join our team. This dual-focused role is crucial for supporting our client engagement lifecycle, from initial opportunity development and proposal response to maintaining professional external communication and driving data-informed business analysis. You will work closely with our leadership, including the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), to ensure our sales documentation is world-class, our client-facing content is clear, and our internal processes are efficient.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales and Proposal Support:
Manage the proposal development process for key opportunities, including RFI and RFP responses.
Draft, edit, and format technical and business content for Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and proposals, ensuring all documents are compliant and client-focused.
Support the sales and contract teams in coordinating the information required for new client engagements.
Maintain and organize a library of proposal content, case studies, and corporate boilerplate language.
2. Communications and Marketing Analysis:
Develop and refine client-facing presentations, marketing collateral, and corporate messaging across digital channels.
Assist with business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements and providing data-driven insights.
Support the implementation and reporting of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to track digital performance and inform business strategy.
Ensure consistent and professional communication across all external touchpoints.
3. Administrative and Operations Support:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to gather information on project scope, resources, and timelines for inclusion in client documents.
Assist in tracking and documenting client feedback on services and proposals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a professional business environment, preferably within a consulting, IT, or B2B services firm.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in document management.
Proficiency in the Google Workspace suite, and familiarity with project management or CRM tools.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
