Job Responsibilities:
– To liaise, to promote and expand the company’s commercial activity that will generate revenues and lead to sustainable growth.
– To develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth and to reach sales target.
– Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.).
– Responsible for creating relationships with new clients and solidifying those with existing clients, understands their requirements and ensure their needs are being met.
– To manage, collaborate and coordinate diverse teams – the marketing, sales, customer and after sales service.
– Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
– Track, measure, and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs.
– Setting financial targets and budget development and ensuring compliance.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
– Proven experience as Commercial Director for minimum 5 years or any relevant position.
– High interest in Sales and in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
– Proven ability to be independent and self-motivated.
– Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic and French is an advantage).
– Very good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
– Ability to work overtime, as needed.
– Comfort level with a variety of the advertising concepts, practices, and procedures.
– Should have a UAE Driving License.
