Nexware Technologies LLC is a growing digital solutions company in Dubai, offering innovative software products including our own
digital business card application
. We are looking for a motivated Sales & Client Relations Executive to manage incoming enquiries, nurture client relationships, and proactively generate new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming enquiries from Ads, website leads, phone calls, and other channels.
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our digital business card application.
Conduct product demos online and onsite when required.
Maintain strong follow-up discipline and timely communication with prospects.
Understand customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
Manage existing clients from the office and visit customer locations when necessary.
Accurately record and update all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
Assist customers using basic knowledge of graphic design tools, web applications, and internet tools.
Requirements:
1-4 years of relevant experience in sales or client relations.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
Patient, attentive, and customer-focused.
Confident in presenting software demos online and onsite.
Experience in software/application sales is essential.
Familiarity with graphic design tools, web platforms, and digital tools.
Prior experience selling digital business cards is a strong advantage.
Strong follow-up skills and a target-driven mindset.
Must be based in Dubai or willing to join immediately.
