Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the construction and interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services. This role requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction and interior fit-out market.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients and projects within the construction and interior fit-out sector.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and contractors.

• Understand clients\' needs and provide technical solutions for their construction and fit-out requirements.

• Prepare and present product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.

• Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to develop tailored solutions.

• Provide accurate and detailed quotations for projects.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product developments.

• Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales within the construction and interior fit-out industry for 5 years in dubai.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
