Enzo Car Care, a specialized car care company, is looking to hire Sales & After Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

Sales:

Welcome customers and understand their needs.

Present and sell car care services and packages professionally.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure service quality.

After Sales:

Follow up with customers after service completion.

Ensure customer satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints professionally.

Recommend suitable additional services when appropriate.

Build long-term relationships to increase repeat business.

Maintain accurate customer records and reports.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive field is a plus).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.

Commitment, discipline, and reliability.

Takes initiative and does not wait for customers to decide.

Understands that sales do not end after payment.

Treats customer satisfaction as a personal responsibility.
