You will be responsible for editing raw footage into professional-quality videos for use on social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and the automotive industry--particularly high-end, luxury vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit high-quality video content from raw footage, ensuring the final product is polished, professional, and aligned with brand standards. This includes cutting, color grading, adding transitions, sound design, and special effects.
Collaborate with Creative Team:
Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop engaging video concepts and strategies that promote luxury car care services.
Shoot Planning & Coordination:
Assist with pre-production planning (shoot schedules, shot lists) and coordinate video shoots. You may also be involved in shooting footage when needed.
Content for Various Platforms:
Produce video content tailored for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and the company website. Videos will range from promotional and tutorial videos to behind-the-scenes content and client testimonials.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure that all videos follow the brand's visual and tone guidelines, creating a cohesive and professional presentation for the company's online presence.
Special Effects & Graphics:
Create and integrate custom graphics, animations, and other visual effects to elevate the storytelling of our luxury car care process.
Maintain Video Library:
Organize and archive video files for easy access and future use. Keep track of all raw footage and final video files.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of video editing experience, preferably in the automotive, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools is a plus.
Creative Vision:
Strong ability to interpret video concepts and transform them into visually captivating content. Experience in creating dynamic, high-quality videos with a focus on storytelling.
Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail, especially in maintaining high-quality visuals and sound.
Understanding of Luxury Automotive Brands:
Knowledge of luxury automotive brands, trends, and industry standards is a major plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients. Ability to accept and incorporate feedback to improve work quality.
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work, particularly for high-end brands or in the automotive/luxury space.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in shooting and producing videos, not just editing.
