JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will organise and implement both inbound and outbound promotion campaign that raise awareness of products and use marketing tactics to convince customers to make a purchase and follow up orders afterwards. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure consistent product messaging and execute successful marketing campaigns. Your main objective will be to enhance product awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the growth and success of our product. Responsibilities

Bringing business to the company
Follow up with Clients and take all the steps to convert the enquiry to confirmed order.
Set up Meetings with the existing customers and prospects buyers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about the company\'s.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
Quotation to be prepared and sent to the client. LPO and advance payment are to be collected for the confirmed orders.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using relevant analytics tools, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position and differentiate the company\xe2\x80\x99s offerings.
Work towards closing sales and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

Degree in Marketing & Communications preferred
Preferred Female
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience
Excellent command of English language
Excellent written and verbal Communication,Presentation, Digital Content Creation & Negotiations skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong sense of responsibility and resistance to stress
