Job Description

1. Candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its services compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients. 2. Sales Experience working with, or a strong affinity for construction related projects like Swimming pool, landscaping, fountains, water feature, hardscape, softscape , irrigation etc. 3. Develop initiative sales strategy and able to generate new sales Leads on his own. 4. Ability in dealing with clients, contractors, sub-contractor\xe2\x80\x99s, consultants, and suppliers 5. Ability in dealing with Management aspects, provide weekly updates/reports as required. 6. Keep track of the tenders floated by the government, semi- government and private sectors, obtain tender document, evaluate, prepare competitive quotations for the approval of the Operations & General Manager and submit the same upon approval. 7. Regularly visit the existing as well as prospective clients to establish/maintain healthy and profitable relationship and also to find out their present and future demand to be able to meet them in time 8. Sound experience in total project execution and also managing the company marketing tools in social media account. 9. Minimum of 5-12 years of experience as Pre-sales Consultant, Business Consultant, Sales Engineer, or similar here in Dubai UAE;
