Job Description

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities in the baby and mother retail sector across the GCC. Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's sustainable growth. Key Roles:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

• Can effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as with sales / business development or relevant role in the mother & baby care retail industry within the GCC.

• UAE Driving licence (preferred) and own vehicle.

• Proficient in the English language both spoken and written.

• Team Player.

• Good Analytical skills.

• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

• Fast Learner and passion for sales.

JBC Distribution is a small boutique distributor of mother and baby care products, located in the UAE, distributing products across the Middle East. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Experience:
