Sales & Business Development Manager(enviromental Engineering Consultancy)

Job Description

Duties:
  • Promote sales of environmental consulting and analytical services to clients.
  • Identify and recruit potential new contacts and clients.
  • Identify business leads with existing and potential customers through continuous interaction across the community.
  • Proactively seeks out targets and initiates contact with prospective customers to assess potential leads.
  • Develop reports and business proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate the value of the company services.
  • Collaborate with contractors and environmental professionals to review tenders and prepare proposals.
  • Work closely with prospects to develop a value proposition and determine how Elite ARM services will help them achieve their goals.
  • Present and represent ARM at tradeshows and technical seminars to build ARM brand awareness and broaden the market and client base.
  • Establish and maintain office infrastructure, including systems for tracking prospects and client profiles.
  • Communicate sales process activities reports to update businesses internally. Use of CRM with agreed upon KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
Experience:
  • MANAGMENT: 3 years (Preferred)
Language:
  • English -ARABIC (Preferred)
