Sales & Business Development Experience in MEP Projects / Facility Management / Industrial Automation is MUST We required a dynamic project sales person who will be responsible to look after MEP project sales, product approval from main contractor & consultants. Must hold UAE driving Licence, must have 3-5 years MEP projects products sales experience. Engineering Degree or equivalent qualification acceptable. Salary will be based on commissions and handsome basic salary. Electro-mechanical or industrial product sales experience is preferable. Responsibilities Develop deep relationships with EPCs firms in assign territory, meeting with multiple stakeholders, in order to ensure awareness of all projects in the pipeline. Effectively manage the spec. and bidding process for projects to ensure to win the opportunity. Excellent understanding of project bidding and selling. Expert to take new Brands approval from MEP consultant and contractors. Lead customer communications during bidding process and life cycle of projects; participate in customer negotiations with information provided by the bid management team Customer visit 4 days per week required and 5-6 customers per day. Prepare weekly & monthly sales forecast and business strategy to achieve Sales Targets. Generating new inquiry, Quotation preparation, follow up of quotations, processing incoming orders via e-mail or fax, follow up of deliveries. Payment follow up & Payment collection and other payment related issues. Sales Experience in Projects & Industrial Automation is MUST SKILL REQUIRED:

• Proven track record of Project Product Selling.
• Excellent understanding of Project bidding.
• Good grip on new vendors/brands approval from MEP Consultant.
• Good command on English
