Job Description

MEFITPRO is hiring a Sales/BD Leader with excellent experience & track record in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry and who will manage the international brand portfolio into various markets.

Responsibilities:
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Co-ordinate sales action plans for distributors
Oversee the activities and performance of the distributors.
Ensure that the distributors have the necessary resources to perform properly.
Be in direct control of key accounts, which may include clubs, regional distributors, regional resellers and logistic partners.
Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
To put in place customer Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") and reporting systems to monitor closely the performance of the sales, the business, its suppliers and dealer networks.
Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.
Generate timely sales reports and report formally on a quarterly basis on progress against all objectives.
Develop pricing schedules and rates.
Formulate sales policies and procedures.
Help prepare budgets and annual marketing plan.
Monitor sales and marketing expenditure.
Assist in profit leakage control.
Propose to company directors a marketing spend with a plan and deadline to achieve sales targets.
Measure effectiveness of marketing spend to guarantee high return on investment.
Assist in reducing outstanding balances and debts.
Reinforcing company terms of payment.
Assist in collection of bad debts after many trials through accounts department.
Maintain inventory control.
Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
Develop promotional ideas and material.
Pass on contacts to admin department for database entry.
Provide content for monthly newsletter and provide PR on divisional products for other marketing means.
Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
Manage regulatory requirements and liaise with principles for registration of products in each country.
Work with corporate companies to enhance their corporate wellness packages.
Sell MEFITPRO advertising space to companies for events, newsletters, web and mail.
Experience & Qualification
Relevant business/bachelors degree or related professional qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/BD with nutraceutical or pharmaceutical companies.
Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy.
Technical sales skills.
Proven experience in customer relationship management.
Knowledge of market research.
Relevant product and industry knowledge.
Experience with relevant software applications.
