We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager with strong expertise in
Construction Chemicals
. Only candidates with experience in chemical-based products such asconcrete admixtures, waterproofing solutions, sealants, protective coatings, polymer/epoxy repair mortars, and chemical-based tile adhesives
will be considered. Experience in general building materials (e.g., plain concrete, paints, or tiles) isnot eligible
.Responsibilities:
Drive sales and expand client relationships in the
Construction Chemicals
sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets. Conduct presentations, demos, and project proposals for clients and stakeholders. Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, distributors, and consultants. Monitor sales performance and report to management.Requirements:
5-6 years of sales/business development experience in
Construction Chemicals
, with at least 1-2 years in the UAE. Strong knowledge ofconcrete admixtures, waterproofing solutions, sealants, protective coatings, polymer/epoxy repair mortars, and chemical-based tile adhesives
. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
