Sales & Business Development Manager - Healthcare Mobility

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development professional to lead our efforts in the Healthcare Mobility sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly in mobility solutions (medical transport, assistive devices, digital health mobility, etc.), and a proven track record in sales strategy, client acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the healthcare mobility space. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and insurance companies. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in healthcare or medical devices/mobility solutions. Strong network within the healthcare industry is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed. Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in launching new products or services in the healthcare sector. Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare. Passion for innovation in patient mobility and care delivery.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
