. You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, handling inbound/outbound calls, following up on leads, building strong patient relationships, and ensuring a smooth journey from consultation to treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads with professionalism.
Proactively follow up with potential patients to book consultations and procedures.
Explain treatment options, pricing plans, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
Build long-term patient relationships by providing consistent support and care.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly targets for consultations booked and treatments converted.
Support front office and clinical teams with smooth patient coordination.
Requirements
Proven experience in
tele sales, call center, or patient relationship management
(healthcare/medical field preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in
English and Arabic
(both written and spoken).
Ability to handle objections and close bookings confidently.
Customer-focused, empathetic, and professional approach.
Organized, with good time management and CRM skills.
Based in Dubai with transferable visa or valid UAE work eligibility.
