Role Summary:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented

Sales & Broker Relations Executive

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage sales cycles, coordinate with brokers, handle client servicing, and support ongoing marketing initiatives. Preference will be given to

female candidates with

Arabic-speaking with hands-on experience in

real estate sales, leasing, and client management

.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management



Follow up on leads, arrange property viewings, and guide clients through the sales process. Draft preliminary agreements and support deal closures.

Broker Coordination



Coordinate with real estate agents, ensure timely updates on inventory and payment plans.

CRM Management



Maintain and update client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Monitor sales stages and schedule automated follow-ups.

Reporting



Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, broker activity, and internal insights.

Client Servicing



Respond promptly to inquiries and support the post-sales and handover process. Act as the liaison between clients and the delivery team.

Marketing & Events Support



Assist in organizing sales events, property tours, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing department.

Inventory Management



Maintain real-time awareness of unit availability, reservations, and active negotiations.

Qualifications



3-5 years

of experience in

real estate sales or off-plan project management

in

Dubai

. Strong understanding of

CRM platforms

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Property Finder Pro). Fluency in

English and Arabic

(French or Russian is a plus). Proven

negotiation

and

deal-closing

skills. Proficient in professional

email communication

and

sales presentations

. Familiarity with

Dubai Land Department (DLD)

and

RERA

regulations.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
