Providential Properties Management is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical
Auditor
to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits. Review financial statements, systems, and processes for accuracy and integrity. Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks. Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and recommendations. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Follow up on audit recommendations to confirm corrective actions are implemented. Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and transparency. Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards and auditing best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CIA certification preferred). Previous experience as an Auditor, Internal Auditor, or in a related role. Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and compliance regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of accounting software is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
