Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell personal loan products to individual customers to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions. * Guide customers through the application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent service and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to effectively position and promote the bank's offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively explain financial products.
