Sales Associate
Job Description
Qualification:
High School / Diploma / Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Additional training or certification in sales or hospitality is a plus
Experience:
Previous experience in the hotel industry is mandatory
Experience in sales, guest relations, or customer service preferred
Skills Required:
Proven sales experience in the hotel industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
Customer-focused with excellent service orientation
Negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
Knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions
Target-driven and result-oriented
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
