Position Purpose

The Sales Executive / Officer will support day-to-day sales activities, assist in developing new customer leads, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure timely communication with clients. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or a candidate with 1-2 years of experience, particularly those with an engineering or technical background relevant to recycling, manufacturing, or industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying new business opportunities and prospective clients Support preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams for order processing and follow-ups Maintain and update customer databases, enquiry logs, and sales records Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking Follow up with clients on enquiries, deliveries, and payments Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations Participate in customer visits, meetings, and site assessments (training provided) Ensure professional communication and representation of company values

Qualifications & Skills

UAE National (with Family Book) Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, or related field) preferred Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience welcome Strong communication skills in English Good computer skills: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Valid UAE Driving License (preferred, not mandatory) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
