We are seeking experienced Sales Associates with a background in supermarkets or hypermarkets to join our team at EVERYDAY SUPERMARKET in Dubai. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE's supermarket industry, with expertise in food, non-food, frozen items, and related products.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, answering queries, and offering product recommendations across various departments such as food, non-food, and frozen items. Maintain a neat and organized display of products, ensuring proper signage and promotional materials are displayed for different categories. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely restocking of food, non-food, and frozen items. Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling transactions related to different product categories. Coordinate home deliveries for customers, including perishable and frozen goods, as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE's supermarket sector, with expertise in food, non-food, frozen items, etc. Proficiency in product knowledge, display strategies, and supplier relations across various supermarket categories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple product categories simultaneously. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or Tagalog is a plus.
