Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market available properties to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client needs.
Negotiate and close property sales professionally while achieving monthly targets.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
Coordinate with the marketing and listings team to ensure accurate property information.
Maintain proper follow-up and client records in CRM systems.
Requirements:
Proven
sales experience in any industry
within the UAE (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Professional appearance and confident personality.
Good knowledge of Dubai property market is an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory.
