SALES ASSOCIATE We are looking a young and energetic "SALES ASSOCIATE " having MINIMUM 1-2 Years\' UAE experience. (Preferable in the tech and gaming industry) LANGUAGE: ARABIC & ENGLISH MANDATORY, Location: RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE. Brief Info about Job A Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and achieving established goals. - Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Be well-informed about the products and services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Actively promote products and services, upsell or cross-sell to increase sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, assist with restocking shelves, and report any inventory discrepancies.
- Help create appealing product displays and ensure merchandise is attractively presented.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize products on the sales floor.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash register balancing and securing the store.
- Gather and relay customer feedback and complaints to the management team for improvement.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate.
- Relevant certification, achievements and graduated.
- Good understanding of Sales, customer service etc.
- Excellent organizing abilities, handling pressure situation etc.
- Must know Arabic and English language (Mandatory).
