Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Associate (Properties) for one of our clients in Oman.
Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.
Requirements
Excellent in Arabic and English, other languages will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate specialist
Proven real estate experience with a track record of forming partnership and relationship across high net worth client
Extensive experience with dealing with high-net worth individuals and VIP clientele
Having a legit network of potential investors and property owners
Excellent knowledge and experience using real estate CRM software
High net worth client networking
Market research and data analysis
Must have a detailed knowledge of property and contract laws relevant to buying, selling and leasing property
Valid driving license
Omani nationality only
Age: 35 and below
