Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries and support students throughout the admission journey Provide clear guidance on study programs, university options, and visa processes Communicate effectively via phone, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face interactions Create and share engaging content across platforms like Instagram and TikTok Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with prospective applicants Participate in training sessions and stay informed about new destinations and academic offers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, energetic, and active on social media (especially Instagram & TikTok) Atleast 1 to 2 years of experience in telesales or education consultancy is a plus, but not essential Skilled at building trust and rapport with students and their families Self-driven, goal-oriented, and passionate about the education sector Bachelor's degree preferred; current students may also apply
